A wallet is a digital wallet you use to store and manage your SBLX token. You use this wallet to receive or send SBLX. If you challenge someone, you send the SBLX to the other person from this wallet. Likewise, you receive SBLX in this wallet when you complete a challenge.

We recommend that you use the tokens only for challenges, especially if you are unfamiliar with cryptocurrencies. Do not just send SBLX to other users or wallets outside the app. If this goes wrong, you will lose your SBLX permanently.

Bear in mind that our platform runs on the Polygon network. Thus, only send tokens to wallets that support the network. Though again, we do not recommend using our coins outside our platform.

We do not manage any wallets ourselves and only create one for you when you create your account. You are fully responsible for managing and securing the wallet as a user. Always make sure that you have stored your wallet data somewhere safe. More info is below.

We do not have access to the wallets connected to our platform. As a user, you are responsible for managing and securing. If you lose access to the wallet and have not saved your login details, you will lose your coins permanently. Your account login information is separate from your wallet login information.

That is why we strongly recommend that you back up your wallet. When registering our platform, you will immediately be asked to make a backup. The backup consists of a phrase of 12 words, which you should write down and store somewhere safe. We recommend not taking a screenshot with your mobile but writing the sequence on paper and storing it safely. Then put it away somewhere safe, such as a safe ora secure chest of drawers.

Whether you delete your account or log in on anew phone, you will need this backup to log in to your wallet again. If you have lost access to your account or have been banned, you can always access the wallet via a software wallet.

We ask you to back up your wallet when registering on our platform. If you want to do this later, you can find this in Settings on your profile page (gear at the top right).

You make a backup by storing the 12 words somewhere safe. We recommend not taking a screenshot with your mobile but writing the sequence on paper and storing it safely. These 12 words are separate from your SocialBlox login details; you use them to access your wallet.

Go to the next page. We ask you to repeat the phrase to ascertain that it is copied correctly. Then put it away somewhere safe, such as a safe or a secure chest of drawers. You have now successfully backed up your wallet.
